Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates

All rates quoted are obtained directly from USPS real-time.  All rates are based on weight and assume that your items will fit in the various flat rate containers offered.

  • All orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service).

  • Domestic orders (inside USA) - You are given up to 3 options for shipping depending on weight.  For low weight items, under 6oz, First Class Mail is given.  Otherwise Priority Mail (3 day transit time) and Express Mail (about 1 day) are given.  Rates, again, are based of USPS current rates.

  • International orders - You are given an option of USPS Priority International, which does not offer day to day tracking updates.  Rather you are given a Customs Identification and confirmation #.  PMI can take up to 6 weeks.  If you need tracking and quicker shipping times please use Express Mail Service (EMS).  It is more expensive but can save you a lot of time and you will get better location updates.  In some cases, PMI, does give you information about returned packages or when they leave the USA.

Exceptions to the above - Depending on the item you order, its size and weight we may be required to use a different shipping method.  In those cases you will be notified and any extra monies due will be updated to your invoice.

Express mail option - when you select express mail please understand your order is NOT expedited over anyone else.  It simply means, that when it ships, it will ship using the USPS Express Mail service.  There is no way to jump to the front of the line.

RETURNS

All items have a 30 day warranty unless specified elsewhere on our site.  This time starts from the day you receive the product not when you actually start using it.  As a result all packs and electronics must be tested as soon as you get them.  If there is going to be a problem with a pack or electronics device it will happen with in the first few times of using it.

On returns where there is nothing wrong with the product and we, EAB, made no error, we reserve the right to charge a restock fee not to exceed 30%.  The restock fee only applies to items that are New In Box (NIB) condition.  This means never used.  The reason is that some items are not as common as others and we do make most products to order.  We also put custom labels on each product that has your order # on it.  All of this requires work to undo and then to reassemble.  If you don't have your gun yet or are not sure if a pack will fit please contact us before ordering.  This will save you the headache later.  We have a full time staff member who's job is to find out which packs will fit to each gun.  If you contact us and ask, if it is not already listed under the "packs for your gun" section, we will give you your options usually with in 1/2 day.

Returns on Used packs (any pack that was charged and fired, even once.)
If you receive a pack, that is functional, works 100%, and you have charged and used it and decide to return it we reserve the right to include a depreciation amount against the purchase amount if we decide to take the product back.  Bottom line, we are not in the market to buy back used packs and then resell them.  Even if you use the pack for 1 minute it is now used.  Please contact us before making a purchase if you are not 100% sure if it will work for you.  In the above case there is no limit to what the depreciation might be.  Once an item is used, even once, the value drops to at least 70% of its original price.   In some cases more.  We will never mark an item as NIB if it was charged and fired by a customer.  I would not call that good business.  Again, warranty issues, are always covered as long as you are inside the warranty time line.  When outside that timeline then we will do our best to assist you but it might not be 100%.

If a problem with a product does occur please contact us and we will explain the procedure for returning the item.

All packs are tested before they ship out to make sure voltage is correct.  Even so it is important to double check the polarity before you attach the pack to your charger or gun or any device.  We explain this in more detail below.

PLEASE CHECK POLARITY of packs before charging the first time.  In Airsoft some plugs can be done reverse from those that are not familiar with the standards.  All of our small tamiya product is done with the positive(red) wire attached to the "circle" port.  Where as Large Tamiya are attached to the square port.  This is standardized in airsoft but not other hobbies.  So if you pick up an adapter from somewhere else please double check the wiring before using.
